“Ceasar Salad”
A bed of chopped romaine lettuce with croutons, parmesan cheese and creamy ceasar dressing.

“Bowl of Soup”
Soup of the day with warm bread or award winning green chili with warm tortillas.

*All sandwich's come with choice of sweet potato or regular fries, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a pickle spear.

“Platte Valley French Dip"
A toasted hoagie roll piled high with thin sliced roast beef, cheese of your choice.

“Sod Buster Burger”
Ground beef patty on a toasted bun.

“Desert Dust Nachos”
Warm tortillas covered with seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese sauce, jalapenos, olive, onions and tomatoes.

PIZZA

“Combination”
Sausage, pepperoni, tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, ripe olives, mozzerella, parmesan and cheddar cheese.

“Hawaiian”
Ham, pineapple, mozzerella, parmesan, cheddar cheese.

“Pepperoni”
Pepperoni, mozzerella, parmesan and cheddar cheese.

“Cheese”
Mozzerella, parmesan, monterey jack and cheddar cheese.
